• For those who have reserved a session at ANIVERSE Wanderer Base, please present your e-voucher at the counter 30 minutes before the session starts for admission. For those who do not enter according to the announced session time, staff reserve the right to adjust the actual admission time.

• Outside food, chewing betel nuts, and smoking are prohibited inside the museum. Pets are also not allowed (except for guide dogs). Lockers are available for item storage only; the museum is not responsible for their safekeeping. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
