Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Student with valid ID will be entitled for the student ticket

Additional information

• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
• Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes; please ask at the main gate
• No dogs are allowed on the London Zoo premises
• Please note that there is no provision for left luggage
• Bicycles, scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, and skateboards are not allowed on the Zoo premises

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
