The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

As this is an outdoor experience, we recommend to wear comfortable clothing and full covered shoes

For a safe experience, guests must join and follow the group at all times

Do not make loud noises, yell, scream, or chase after the animals. Throwing objects towards animals is strictly prohibited

Feed the animals with ZooDoo-provided food only

If found violating any of the rules, guests will immediately be asked to leave the premises and no refunds will be issued

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
