Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children must be a minimum of 15 years old to zip without a guardian

• Participants must weigh between 34kg-125kg for this activity

• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

Additional information

• Pregnant women may not participate in any Ziptrek activity except for TreeTrek
• All minors (18 years and under) require a guardian signature on their waiver
• All participants will be weighed at check-in. No exceptions can be made
• All Ziptrek zipline tours require you to comfortably wear a full-body harness and walk between 1.5km - 2km (1-1.25 miles). Guests should be prepared for light physical exertion - all activities include several flights of stairs
• Guests should be prepared with their own allergy medications if required. Persons unsure of their physical ability should consult their physician first
• If an injury is believed to prevent safe participation, entry to the activity will not be permitted. For any uncertainty, it is recommended to seek clarification before booking or at least 24 hours before the activity begins
• Cameras and cell phones are allowed as long as they are secured in a zip pocket or attached with a lanyard
