[Timing and Other Notes]

• 1. The timing for Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park is calculated from the moment you swipe your card to enter, and ends when you exit. If you exceed the ticket duration, it will be considered overtime. For overtime, please pay the difference according to the prices posted at the ticket office. (Overtime fee reference: Off-peak season: ¥40/30 minutes; Mid-peak season: ¥50/30 minutes; Peak season: ¥60/30 minutes. No additional fee is required for overtime within 30 minutes. For overtime exceeding 30 minutes, a fee will be charged for every half hour, with less than half an hour calculated as half an hour.) Definition of Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park dates:
• Off-season: Dates other than shoulder season and peak season
• Shoulder season: Monday to Friday during the summer vacation (July 1st - August 31st); Saturday to Sunday outside of summer vacation and statutory holidays with compensatory days off; 10 days before and 7 days after the statutory holidays for Chinese New Year with compensatory days off; Christmas Week (December 20th - 28th)
• Peak season: During national legal holidays and adjusted days off, and from Saturday to Sunday during the summer vacation.
• 2. Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park provides ski suits, ski boots, helmets, snowboards, ski poles (only for double boards), lockers, and snow cards free of charge without a deposit. In case of damage or loss, compensation will be made according to the prices announced by the ski resort.
• 3. After entering the ski resort, please keep and carry your ski card with you. You need to present your ski card to collect and return equipment. The ski card must be recycled when leaving the ski resort.

[Play Instructions]

• 1. With the snow card, you can choose to collect single-board or double-board skiing equipment. Exchanges are not supported after collection.
• 2. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring the valid identification document of the visitor. Those whose identification documents presented on the day of the visit do not match the information on the ticket purchase documents will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their right to use the ticket, will not be able to enter the ski resort, and the ticket will not be refunded or changed.
• 3. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in inability to enter the ski resort normally, and you will need to purchase another ticket. After collecting your ski card, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the ski resort and play normally due to loss or damage, they will need to purchase another ticket. During your visit, please always keep your ticket and cooperate by presenting it when checked by staff.

[Safety Notice]

• 1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any condition that a doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, have consumed alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please choose to participate cautiously based on your physical condition.
• 2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when skiing. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
• 3. It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing activities in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, equipment and facility usage instructions, such as the "Admission Notice," "Skier's Notice," "Skier's Code of Conduct," and "Skier's Behavior and Safety Guidelines" within the venue. Please pay attention to and comply with various warning and reminder signs within the venue.
• 4. The venue has beginner and intermediate ski slopes, where sports injuries are prone to occur; at the same time, the venue has areas for jumps, kickers, features, and terrain parks, and entering these areas requires advanced skiing skills; please choose to play carefully according to your own skiing level, and be sure to stay within your skiing skill level when playing, paying attention to skiing safety.
• 5. Please wear a ski helmet throughout the entire process. It is recommended to bring and wear safety protective gear such as gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip pads to minimize the risk of injury to the greatest extent possible.
• 6. Please choose ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, you need to check whether the rented ski equipment is in good condition, whether the pressure value of the double-board release mechanism matches your height, weight, and shoe size, whether the release torque value of the double-board binding is appropriate, and whether the angle and spacing of the single-board binding are appropriate. If it is not suitable, you should promptly inform the staff of the reason and make adjustments or replacements.
• 7. It is recommended that beginners hire a ski instructor for guidance before going on the slopes. Ski instruction services are available on-site; please purchase as needed.
• 8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors:

• (1) Playing outside the scope of product benefits (including regions, projects, etc.), conducting ski lessons without prior registration or permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, live streaming, individual peddling, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes.

• (2) Allowing others to use one's product rights through transfer, resale, or lending, etc.

• (3) Any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior exists

• (4) There are behaviors that seriously affect the normal operation order of the ski resort and seriously endanger the personal and property safety of others.

• (5) Other misconduct

• In the event of the above, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for breach of contract such as compensation:

• (1) You will be added to the tourist blacklist, including the Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park blacklist (you will not be able to enter Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park)

• (2) Revoke, invalidate, or freeze your products and rights; any related unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, postponed, or refunded.

• (3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further recovery will be pursued.

• 9. Smoking is prohibited in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other smoke-producing products). To create a pleasant recreational environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise, the ski resort will add you to the tourist blacklist, and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days.
• 10. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur during the operation of facilities and equipment within the ski resort, they will need to be shut down for inspection. This may result in the temporary suspension or closure of some facilities and equipment without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be provided.
• 11. Due to factors such as capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of recreational activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcements made by the ski resort on the day of your visit.
• 12. Do not bring flammable, explosive, dangerous items, state-controlled equipment, or items with safety hazards into the venue. Individual selling by tourists is prohibited within the ski resort. Please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues. Please consume them before entering.
• 13. If you experience any discomfort or emergencies during your visit, please seek assistance from on-site staff immediately or call the emergency hotline at 0756-6162001.

Eligibility

• Ferry tickets: Children under 1 year old are free. For children over 1 year old but under 6 years old, a child ticket is required (guests are advised to purchase on the high-speed ferry official website). Ages 6 and above are considered adults.

• Ferry tickets: Reservations require all passenger names + ID numbers + phone numbers, departure date, departure time, and pier (information must be accurate).

• Tickets are for personal use only, non-transferable, and children require a regular ticket purchase.
• Equipment and ski cards are provided free of charge, no deposit required; compensation for damage or loss will be based on the publicly listed price.
• You must present a valid ID that matches the ticket information, otherwise entry will be denied and no refunds or changes will be permitted.
• The snow card is used to collect equipment (once a snowboard/ski is chosen, it cannot be changed) and for entry/exit through gates. Please keep it safe; re-purchase is required if lost or damaged. In the snow play and skiing changing areas, you must change your shoes at the equipment collection point to prevent accidents.
• The ticket is valid for one entry only; re-entry after exiting requires a new ticket purchase.

Wanxuehui*Safety Notice

• Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you have conditions unsuitable for exercise such as heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or alcohol consumption, please participate with caution.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult; participation by the elderly is not recommended.
• Please wear a helmet throughout the entire process. It is recommended to bring your own protective gear, and beginners are advised to hire a coach.
• Please choose the ski trail and equipment according to your skill level, and check whether the ski equipment is in good condition and matches.
• Smoking, carrying dangerous goods, bringing outside food (except for infant and toddler food), private teaching, live streaming, reselling, and other such behaviors are prohibited. Violators may be blacklisted, have their rights frozen, and be charged liquidated damages.
• For reasons such as safety, capacity limits, or severe weather, some facilities may adjust their operating hours or suspend operations without prior notice. Please understand that ticket extensions or refunds will not be available at that time.
