• Zen by Stellar reserves the right to charge accordingly if any damage is caused by the guest to our belongings according to our price list
• Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, fittings, and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay
• Zen by Stellar will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings
• Zen by Stellar enforces a strict policy on reported noise complaints from all guests between 23:00 to 07:00. No excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated at any time. Violation of quiet time rules will result in immediate expulsion from the campground, without a refund
• Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas within the Caravans, tents, and reception office. A RM100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be imposed on the guest if they violate the smoking ban in any prohibited area

Reservation procedure

• Guests are required to present a passport or identification card and booking confirmation voucher during check-in for registration purposes
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon
