Other Reminders

The itinerary vehicles will be arranged as 5-9 seaters based on the actual number of travelers on the day. Each vehicle will carry a maximum of no more than 8 people, ensuring 1 proper seat per person.
At least 1 day before departure, we will send the specific pick-up time, driver's name, and vehicle information via WeChat, WhatsApp, or email.
It is recommended to wear/bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a waterproof phone pouch (for the bamboo raft), and a sun-protective jacket.
Lunch is not included; the driver can recommend local restaurants.
In heavy rain, the government may cancel the bamboo rafting. If canceled, we will arrange an alternative experience or refund the bamboo rafting portion. Light rain does not affect the bamboo rafts.
After placing the order, you need to provide the name on your passport, passport number, and nationality.
During the high-water season, taking a bamboo raft allows you to bring a light set of spare clothes to avoid catching a cold from getting your clothes wet. Remember to hold on tightly to your mobile phone and do not stand up on the bamboo raft.
