In the event of inclement weather, typhoon warnings, road conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, the supplier will cancel the activity and arrange a full refund. Heavy rain is defined as a heavy rain advisory issued by the Central Weather Bureau for Nanao Township, Yilan County on the day of the activity. Except for typhoons, road closures, heavy rain advisories, or other force majeure circumstances, general rainfall will not be grounds for postponement or cancellation. Please carefully consider this, or confirm the weather on the day of the activity before making a reservation.
One vehicle is permitted per tent. Additional vehicles will be charged NT$500 each.
In the event of disputes arising from noise levels, the supplier can assist in reporting the incident to the police and requesting intervention from law enforcement. The supplier cannot forcibly control guest noise levels. Guests who are sensitive to sound should carefully consider this before booking.
