Any attempts into any animal enclosure or exhibit and any water body, feeding or attempting to feed the animals or throwing any items at the animals, without the consent of an authorized representative of the venue, is strictly prohibited

The operator and Klook are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. All personal property brought into the venue are the sole responsibility of the participant
