Please dress appropriately. Do not wear overly casual attire (e.g., slippers, sandals, vests, shorts, camisoles, miniskirts, etc.). Pay special attention to French and Western restaurants, which have extremely strict dress codes. Male guests must wear a collared shirt or jacket on the upper body, and long pants (jeans are prohibited) and socks on the lower body.

Customers are requested to arrive at the merchant on time. If more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be canceled by the merchant, and any fees paid by the customer will not be refunded; if more than 15 minutes early, the merchant may refuse to allow the customer to enter and wait in advance.

The customer shall bear all losses and consequences caused by not truthfully providing reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of reserved guests and actual guests, failure to provide the number and age of minors), or by not complying with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, roughhousing, smoking, excessive drinking, live streaming, or engaging in other activities that may affect other diners in the restaurant).
