For groups including children aged 0-5 (inclusive), to ensure the safety of the children, jellyfish zones will be prioritized for bed arrangements. These groups will be separated from other individual travelers without young children in different sleeping zones. Parents are required to sign a safety waiver.

Due to the extensive activities and considerable walking involved, we recommend wearing comfortable, slip-resistant, and supportive walking shoes. Please remember to bring your personal medications and health insurance card. (During the summer, we recommend bringing a sun hat and water bottle.)
Luggage locker space is limited (approximately holds 16-20 inch carry-on luggage; locker dimensions are 30 cm wide, 53 cm deep, and 63 cm high). Please use tote bags instead of suitcases whenever possible, and just bring essential items and a relaxed attitude.
There are no electrical outlets in the Xpark overnight area. If needed, we recommend bringing your own portable charger.
Please note that some indoor areas are designed to mimic the natural habitats of our animals, and temperatures in these areas may be lower, especially at night. We recommend bringing a light jacket or warm clothing.

Official Operating Period Group Formation Rules
If there are bookings within 14 days of the selected date, customers can be accepted up to 7 days before the tour is confirmed (regardless of the number of people). (For example, a booking on September 1st can accept customers until August 25th.)
If there are no reservations within 14 days of the selected date, reservations will not be accepted starting 14 days before the tour date (e.g., for a reservation on September 1, guests can be accepted until August 18).
The selected date is guaranteed to operate. Bookings are accepted until 12:00 PM the day before the tour date (e.g., for tours operating on September 1st, bookings are accepted until 12:00 PM on August 31st).
COZZI Blu, Hotel Cozzi Zhongli reserves the right to adjust the itinerary.

High-Speed Rail: From Exit B1 of the Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station, head towards the Airport MRT line. Take the escalator upstairs, proceed straight across the skybridge to enter Gloria Outlets. Turn right at the second-phase skybridge to reach Shin Kong Cinemas, and follow the hotel signs to arrive. Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station Shuttle Bus: Daily 10:00-12:45, 14:00-16:45
Airport MRT: After exiting Taoyuan Airport MRT- THSR Taoyuan Station (A18), turn right towards Gloria Outlets. Pass through Gloria Outlets to reach Boutique Avenue, then turn right again. Keep left and follow the sidewalk towards Chun-der Road, and walk straight for about 110 meters. You will arrive at Cathay Landmark COZZI Blu, TAINAN.
By car: Take the Nei壢 Interchange (National Highway 1 at 57K) and head towards Dayuan. Follow Route 110A (Zhongyuan Road, Section 2) to the intersection of Qing Sheng Road, turn left, and continue straight to Section 3, Linghang North Road. At the intersection of Section 3, Linghang North Road and Chunde Road, make a U-turn and enter through "City Parking". You will then arrive at COZZI Blu.
Hotel Parking Entrance: We recommend entering from Linghang North Road. Parking is available on B2-B3, with a vehicle height limit of two meters. This parking area is shared with "Gloria Outlets Taoyuan" and has a total of 586 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. We regret that we cannot offer reservations. Each room is entitled to a maximum of 24 hours of complimentary parking per night.

Group Forming Rules
If there are existing bookings within 14 days of the selected date, customers can be accepted (regardless of the number of people) until 7 days before the group is formed – For example, for a booking on 9/1, customers can be accepted until 8/25.
If there are no bookings within 14 days of the selected date, reservations will no longer be accepted 14 days before the tour date. - For a reservation on September 1, customers can be accepted until August 18.
Selected dates are guaranteed to run. Guests can be accepted until 12:00 PM the day before the tour date. - For example, if the tour is guaranteed to run on September 1st, guests can be accepted until 12:00 PM on August 31st.
From now on, individual travelers can join group tours. Tours are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 10 people on Thursdays, and 6 people on Fridays and Saturdays. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Klook customer service will inquire about "rescheduling" or "canceling the tour". An email notification of tour cancellation will be sent 7 days prior to departure.
