Cancellation Policy

During major holidays such as May Day, National Day, summer vacation, and Chinese New Year, hotel bookings are non-cancellable. In case of force majeure, a special application can be made with supporting documents, and the specific loss will be determined based on the hotel's review of the materials.
If canceled 12 days before the trip, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 15% of the total tour cost will be charged.
If the trip is canceled 12-5 days before the itinerary, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 30% of the total travel cost will be paid.
If canceled 5-1 days before the trip, the buyer notifies cancellation and pays 60% of the total travel cost as liquidated damages.
If the trip is canceled on the day of departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, 100% of the total tour fee will be charged as a penalty.
