• The tour guide and driver will contact you via WeChat between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM the night before the tour to confirm the approximate pick-up time, location, and vehicle number. The pick-up time on the day of the tour will be between approximately 6:50 AM and 8:00 AM (times may be earlier during holidays, please understand).
• This is a group tour, and you will be sharing a vehicle with other guests. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with one seat per person. Seats are not reserved. As this is a shared tour, there may be occasional waiting for other guests. We appreciate your understanding.
• This tour package ticket price is calculated based on the group rate for travel agencies. Therefore, if you have a full-time student ID for undergraduate studies or below, or are a senior citizen aged 60 or above, you will receive a refund of 20 RMB per person. If you have a press card, disability certificate, military officer ID, or are a senior citizen aged 70 or above, our company will refund 40 RMB per person (please bring the above-mentioned documents with you).
• Please check your health before traveling. Based on your physical condition, decide whether to join a group tour. Elderly tourists must consult a doctor before the trip. Tourists with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should not participate in group tours. If an accident occurs during the trip due to personal reasons, our company will provide necessary assistance, but the resulting medical expenses, transportation, and other costs shall be borne by the tourist. Therefore, if you withdraw from this trip, the unspent fees will be refunded after deducting the fees already incurred.

• Based on the principle of hotel route convenience, the pick-up and drop-off range is limited to easily accessible areas within Xiamen Island's city center (Siming District/Huli District), including (Zengcuo'an/Tatu/Huang厝/Xiamen University/Zhongshan Road/Dongpu Road) areas. Because the hotels/guesthouses are located on narrow roads, vehicles can only pick up and drop off at nearby intersections or bus stops. For the airport/Wuyuan Bay/Guanyin Mountain areas, please go to the nearest location to board. If you are on Gulangyu Island, please return to the Xiamen Ferry Terminal to meet. For traffic-controlled or difficult-to-access locations, please follow the specific boarding location notified by staff the night before departure or follow the tour guide's arrangement on the day to board at the most convenient location.
• The journey from Xiamen to the Tulou is approximately 3.5 hours each way. The travel time is quite long, and the tour schedule is relatively tight, so please be prepared and have realistic expectations regarding the travel involved.
• As the Tulou area is mountainous, to help develop the local economy, guides may offer complimentary tea and recommend local tea products. If you are not interested, please inform the guide or accompanying tour leader directly. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase.
• Please remain seated with your seatbelt fastened while the vehicle is in motion and refrain from walking around. The front passenger seat near the bus entrance, the first row guide seat, and the middle seat in the last row of the bus are strictly prohibited for seating and luggage storage.
