• As Xiamen-Gulangyu ferry tickets are booked online and require group entry and exit, cancellations are non-refundable. Ferry arrival and departure times are subject to actual ticket availability. Gulangyu Island implements visitor restrictions, and ferry tickets must be booked in advance. Once booked, price differences cannot be supplemented, and additional tickets cannot be purchased. If a child's height exceeds 1.5 meters, we must be notified in advance to purchase a full-fare ferry ticket. The guest will be responsible for any consequences such as failure to board the ferry due to incorrect guest information. Last-minute ferry ticket purchases cannot guarantee consistency with the ferry schedule booked by our company.

• In the event of standard errors due to special circumstances, refunds and compensations will be handled according to the actual situation and in compliance with the "Tourism Law."
