• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Timing Rule: Timing starts 30 minutes after entry (when the snow card is swiped at the gate).

• Overtime will be charged according to the price posted at the ticket office. (Please be mindful of your play time. Overtime is not allowed and will incur additional charges, with any time less than 30 minutes charged as 30 minutes.)

• Complimentary ski equipment (skis, helmets, ski jackets, ski pants) is provided without deposit. Damage will be compensated according to the prices posted at Snow World.

• Slope Information: Featuring 2 slopes, the Snow Rabbit Slope: 138 meters long, 35 meters wide, with an average slope of 13°, equipped with 3 magic carpets, suitable for beginner to intermediate skiers. The Little Bear Slope: 35 meters long, 20 meters wide, with an average slope of 8°, equipped with 1 magic carpet, suitable for beginners. Experience the thrill and enjoy the excitement of skiing.

• Children under the age of three are not permitted to participate in Snow World's ice bumper cars, double-board skiing, or snowboarding activities.

• There are no free admissions to the scenic area. Children over 1.2 meters in height also need to purchase tickets to enter the park. Minors who meet the entry requirements to play in Snow World must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to enter the park.

• Skiing is a high-exertion, high-intensity sport with inherent risks and physical demands. Children under 3 years old and pregnant women are not permitted. Guests aged 60 and above (inclusive) who wish to enter the park must sign an entry agreement at the ticket office. Minors must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. One adult can accompany a maximum of one child.

• For your safety and the safety of others, the following items are prohibited: food and beverages (excluding baby food), pets, controlled knives, glassware, drones, dangerous goods, and any other items deemed hazardous by staff.

• For the safety of our guests, the operating hours of some facilities and equipment within the ski resort may be adjusted or closed due to malfunction, maintenance, or other reasons. Please refer to the on-site announcements for specific details. No partial refunds will be issued for tickets due to temporary equipment maintenance that prevents access to certain attractions.

• 1.1-1.3: 10:00-21:00, admission stops at 18:00, and ticket collection stops at 17:30.
• 1.4: 12:00-21:00, entry to the park stops at 18:00, ticket collection stops at 17:30.
• Mondays to Fridays from 1.5-1.31: 12:00-21:00, entry to the park stops at 18:00, ticket collection stops at 17:30
• Saturdays and Sundays from 1.5-1.31: 10:00-21:00, entry to the park stops at 18:00, ticket collection stops at 17:30.
