Eligibility

• There is no relevant preferential treatment or free ticket policy. Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the ski resort. Minors under 18 years old (not included) must be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a ticket to enter the ski resort.
• Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Children do not have free tickets, so please purchase tickets as usual.

• A maximum of 9 tickets can be booked for the same product on the same day of use of the same ID�

• 4. The use of aerial drones and photography equipment, photographic lighting equipment, tripods and related tools, and folding chairs and stools that may impede the safety and daily operation of the ski resort are prohibited within the venue.

• 6. The following items are prohibited inside the venue: gongs and drums, megaphones, remote-controlled flying toys, etc.

• How to enter the snow field: Purchase tickets with real-name registration, and present the passport/ID used for the order at the Wuhan City Construction Resnow Wonders window to exchange for a snow card. After exchanging for the snow card, swipe the snow card and relevant documents at the gate to enter the park.
