1 large and 1 small parent-child ticket: suitable for 1 adult + 1 child under 14 years old

All entrants require one ticket per person (non-transferable, valid for one entry). Children under 1.5 meters in height entering the Ice and Snow World must be accompanied by an adult (guardian) who has purchased a ticket and is responsible for their care. Children without adult accompaniment are not permitted to enter the venue.

Equipment provision and rental: Ice skating provides skates, disposable socks, safety helmets, and dolphin-shaped skating aids (helmets and dolphin-shaped skating aids are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis). If protective gear and warm clothing are needed, they can be rented at the ticket office (warm clothing 10 yuan/piece, protective gear 10 yuan/set) or brought by yourself; the temperature inside the snow play area is about minus 6 degrees Celsius, and one warm top is provided for snow play. Other warm items (such as gloves, scarves, hats, etc.) need to be brought by yourself.

Slide restrictions: Adult slides in the snow park are only for visitors above 1.5 meters. Visitors below 1.5 meters are prohibited from using adult slides. Visitors below 1.5 meters should use the children's slides.

Ice surface maintenance: Ice surface maintenance will be arranged during business hours. The specific number and timing of maintenance sessions will depend on the ice conditions on the day. During maintenance, visitors are requested to move to the rest area and wait.

Prohibited behaviors: For your safety and the safety of others, do not go onto the ice without skates. Eating, chasing, and roughhousing are prohibited on the ice. The use of hockey sticks, pucks, and speed skates is strictly prohibited within the venue. Dolphin-shaped skating aids are not allowed to be taken out of the practice area for use. Without permission, no private ice skating or skiing instruction activities may be conducted.

Playtime: After admission, you can play for an unlimited time within the operating hours until you exit the gate. When exiting, scan the QR code/admission voucher to exit. If a visitor re-enters after exiting, a new ticket must be purchased.

Item custody and compensation: Please take good care of your QR code and admission credentials; please cherish the facilities, items, and equipment within the venue. If there is any damage or loss, compensation will be required according to the price.

Before exiting, visitors must return the clothing/equipment used for the relevant items completely and confirm by scanning the QR code/entry voucher.
