• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Please correctly fill in the traveler's name and valid identification document. Present the valid identification document of the traveler registered for the booking upon entry to the park.

• Due to weather, maintenance, and other reasons, the operation of scenic area attractions and performance schedules are subject to the on-site announcements of the scenic area.

• This ticket cannot be purchased by individuals without an ID card, children, those with temporary ID cards, wedding photography groups, or travel agency teams.

• For safety reasons, pets and scooters are not allowed in the scenic area. Thank you for your understanding.

Ice Skating and Snow Play Notice

• 1. Children under 1.5 meters in height entering the snow play area must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket to supervise them. Children unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted to enter the snow play area.
• 2. The temperature inside the snow play area is around minus 6 degrees Celsius (the snow play area only provides one warm top; other warm gear needs to be brought by yourself).
• 3. No accompanying tickets are provided. (Excluding professional skiing projects) Before exiting, visitors must return all clothing/equipment used for relevant projects completely and confirm by scanning the QR code/entry voucher.
• 4. Entry must be through the ice rink entrance within the scenic area, and exit requires returning to the ice rink exit. Valid for one entry only. Exiting requires purchasing another ticket.
• 5. Please take care of the facilities, items, and equipment in the venue. If there is any damage or loss, compensation must be paid according to the price. Please do not bring valuable items into the venue; you are responsible for any loss or damage, and Ice and Snow World will not be responsible for safekeeping or compensation.
• 6. The use of hockey sticks, pucks, and speed skates is prohibited. Other club coaches are prohibited from conducting teaching activities in this ice rink without permission.
• 7. All sports carry risks. All visitors are requested to carefully read the "Accident Disclaimer" and "Visitor Notice" before entering.
• 8. Pregnant women, children under 1 meter tall, individuals aged 60 and above, intoxicated persons, and those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other conditions unsuitable for participating in various Ice and Snow World activities are not permitted to enter.
• 9. During the annual operating hours, there may be instances of temporary closure due to equipment maintenance or special events. Please refer to the announcement on the day for specific details.

• To change the admission date or park, please cancel the original order and rebook. Please use the Klook App to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not displayed on the page or you encounter problems, please contact Klook customer service for assistance. Please note that only unused valid tickets are eligible for a refund.

• Children with a height of 120cm or below can enter free of charge

• Applicable for one adult and one child above 120cm (exclusive).

• Seniors aged 70+ can enter free of charge

Eligibility

• Terms of Use: Upon successful purchase, present the electronic QR code and original Hong Kong and Macau resident ID card or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents for verification at the entrance to enter the park.

• To place an order, enter your Mainland China mobile phone number in the format starting with 135 followed by XXXX (example: 13512345678), for a total of 11 digits. You will ultimately enter the park using a QR code + ID.

• Please note the number combination method. Numbers cannot start with similar patterns such as 101, 102, or 123. They can follow a fixed pattern, such as numbers starting with 135..., 176..., or 182..., for a total of 11 digits.

Booking limitations

• Limit of 3 tickets per ID card and mobile phone number.
