Desert Star Hotel and Yellow River Homestay are popular local tourist resources with special booking conditions. Once booked, no refund or change services are provided without special circumstances. If you need to cancel or change, please submit your request at least 15 days in advance. If the cancellation or change time is exceeded, the accommodation fees for Desert Star Hotel and Yellow River Homestay will be deducted, and other fees will be subject to the following refund and change ratios:
If the buyer notifies cancellation 15 to 8 days before the trip, a penalty of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged.
If the buyer notifies cancellation 7 to 2 days before the trip, a penalty of 50% of the total travel cost will be paid.
On the day the itinerary begins, if the buyer notifies cancellation, a penalty of 80% of the total travel cost will be paid.
Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the merchant's actual losses, the buyer shall compensate the merchant for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee.
