Booking limitations

• This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants to run on the weekend. If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• You must be able to swim 25m on your own or in PFD (Personal Flotation Device) supplied by the operator

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, those with back, neck, joint or muscular injuries

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
