• Tour stops and highlights: travel upriver (south) and into the Niagara Gorge, travel into the famous whirlpool, then head back on down (north) through Devil’s Hole Rapids

Eligibility

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• There is a minimum height requirement of 40″ tall for the Freedom Jet dry seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride
• Guests under the age of 12 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel)
• Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone (18+) on board
• Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+)

Booking limitations

• Participants must have a height of at least 102cm to join the activity

• Participants must have a weight of at least 100lbs and aged 13+ to sit on the dry seat area

Additional information

• This tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart, respiratory issues or osteoporosis or any other injuries
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
