- The Special Tours Iceland app has five languages (English, German, French, Spanish, and simplified Chinese) and is available for Android and Apple. It is available for all clients to download during their tour, with both text and audio information. The app is as close to an audio-guided wildlife adventure as possible.
- Weather and sea conditions can be unpredictable during the winter months. Our captains will make their decision to sail based on many years of experience, always keeping in mind passenger safety and comfort
- Please note that sightings of wildlife can not be guaranteed. If you are not able to see anything on your tour you will get a complimentary ticket to try again
- We occasionally sail from harbors south of Reykjavik in the winter months in search of better sea conditions; in such instances, we arrange transportation for every passenger to and from Reykjavik. Because of the additional drive in this instance, the tour may be a little bit longer.
