Outskirt Hotels Pick Up & Drop Off Surcharges

• Additional charges of MYR 30.00 per person per way are chargeable for outskirt hotels pick-ups. Outskirt charges applicable for hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area. Outskirt pick up will be 2 hours earlier (Subject to available)
• Kota Kinabalu Outskirt Hotels, like Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa, Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, or places that not in the same route will have to take Grab or Taxi to town area to wait as the route are different.

For hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area like Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, 1 Borneo Klagan, TUNE Hotel, Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa or places that are outside of Kota Kinabalu city town area. If you are stay at the above mentioned hotel, we suggest you to book the option: "Without Hotel Transfer". But if you are staying at the above mentioned hotel and booked with hotel transfer, we would not partial refund back the hotel transfer fees to you. Hope you understand.
