• Pre-Summer Splash Admission Ticket (Monday to Friday only (except Hong Kong public holidays & Park rest days))
• This is an admission ticket to Water World. You can presentthis ticket either on a smartphone or in printed form on an A4-sized paper at the entrance of Water World for admission
• This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and must be used once only on or before the Expiry Date as specified above (except Park rest days)
• This ticket entitles you to all operating attractions except events or facilities that require additional charge. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Water World may suspend the operation of any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park's admission ticket that any request for refund, whether whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such suspension or closure of attraction. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Water World may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public
• in case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Water World may exercise admission control and you may not be allowed or entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaws, safety rules and Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and / or other appropriate locations of the Park.
• Water World shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the Park. In the event of dispute, the decision of Water World will be final. Please protect this ticket, do not damage or wet it, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. This ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Water World accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.
• Free admission is granted to children under 3-year-old. Any child (aged 11 or below) must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 18 or above) with valid admission ticket when entering and staying in Water World. Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities Ticket is applicable for local senior residents aged 65 years old or above with aHong Kong Identity Card or the "Senior Citizen Card" issued by the Social Welfare Department and holders of a "Registration Card for people with Disabilities" issued by the Labour andWelfare Bureau. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit.
• Complimentary shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and Water World is available for Water World Admission Ticket holders. Visitors may get on the shuttle bus from Ocean Park Public Bus Interchange located near to the Ocean Park entrance.
• You may rent keyless lockers online or on-site in Water World. With unlimited access during the rental period, you can store your personal items with ease
• Visitors can bring their flip-flops/sandals, swimwear, waterproof pouch and towel or purchase from Treasure Reef shop in the Reef Lobby

• The voucher is not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and park closure days; please check the official website for the latest information on closure dates.
