• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late

• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 4 months pregnant, children aged 0-10, and anyone that has unstable heart conditions (including severe arrhythmias, recent heart attacks, or uncontrolled heart failure), extremely low blood pressure, active fevers or infections, dehydration, uncontrolled seizure disorders, specific heat-sensitive skin conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs to participate in this activity

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

• Tipping is optional

• Any additional charges will be made clear to the guest, and the guest can choose whether to purchase or not
