If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage on the day of travel, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding due to potential overcrowding and safety concerns, and no refund will be given. The operator will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of passengers, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested.
Guests may not leave the group early or depart from the tour midway through the itinerary. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be issued. Guests are responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group.
