• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

• Please indicate each participant's height upon checkout so that the operator can prepare a suitable bike

• An additional surcharge will apply if hotel is outside of Vientiane city, to be paid directly to the operator. Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
