• If Amber / Red Rainstorm / Typhoon #1 is hoisted, Dreamer cruise will be remained open.If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is still hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued two hours before the pick-up time booked, Dreamer cruise will be closed. Customer can arrange refund or re-schedule. If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the cruising, for the purposes of safety the charter will return to the pick-off point without delay
