Please bring a valid ID to access reduced tickets. Without it, you’ll be required to purchase a full-price ticket, and the discount will not be refunded

Please arrive on time, as latecomers may not be admitted by Vatican personnel

Taking videos and photos, and using mobile phones inside the Sistine Chapel is strictly prohibited

There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on-site; however, lockers are available for use

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

Present your mobile voucher

Present your voucher to the security guards at the Vatican Museum entrance to be scanned, then pass the security checks and present the voucher again at the entrance turnstiles

Present your Hop-on Hop-off voucher at any of the bus stops. A second email will be given for instructions by the operator
