How to redeem

Present the smartphone ticket to the staff at Touristation Vaticano for guidance to the Vatican Museums and assistance with entry
Bring a valid ID for child and infant tickets. Without it, a full-price ticket must be purchased for entry, and the reduced ticket will not be refunded
Kindly note that the panoramic bus ticket will be provided at the redemption point
Please arrive and redeem your ticket at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time to avoid being denied entry
