  • Children with a height of 140cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

  • Participants must have a height of at least 90cm to join the activity

  • The return deadline on the day of your rental is 5:30 PM. If you return later than this, an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person will be charged. Returns after 6:00 PM on the same day are not accepted.

  • If same-day return is not possible, please return your items during business hours the following day.

  • Our staff primarily communicate in Japanese; however, many signs and explanations inside the store are provided in English. Some materials are also available in Chinese and Korean.
