Eligibility
- For infants aged 0-5, one infant can accompany a paying adult for free. If there are more infants than adults, please book the "infant" option for the additional infants
- For safety reasons, it is not permitted for children aged 0-11 to take the cruise unaccompanied
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- The departure of the cruise may be subject to change due to an engine inspection
- Please be aware that your departure may be subject to sudden cancellation in the event of changes in the weather.
- Before the start time, kindly proceed to the meeting point and exchange your voucher for a boarding pass, at least 30 minutes in advance.
- Following the Maritime Transportation Act, which came into effect in 2024, all passengers are required to submit a passenger list. - Submit in advance at the boarding reception on the day of your cruise. For a smoother check-in process, it is recommended that you download and complete the passenger list in advance. Please submit the completed form at the boarding reception. Passenger List (Individuals)/Passenger List (Groups)
- Fill it out on-site at the boarding reception: Passenger list forms will also be available at the boarding reception on the day of your cruise. Please allow extra time and complete the form when checking in

- By bus: It takes approximately 90 minutes to travel from Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal to Fukura, and from there, it is only a 2-minute walk to the window/platform
- By car: It takes around 80 minutes to drive from Kobe Sannomiya
- By car: It takes about 2 hours to drive from Osaka Umeda
- By car: It takes around 15 minutes to reach Fukura Port via the Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway and Seidan Mihara IC while following Prefectural Route 31
- By car: It takes about 50 minutes to drive from Tokushima
- By car: It takes about 110 minutes to drive from Kagawa Takamatsu
- By car: It takes around 15 minutes to reach Fukura Port via Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway and Awaji Minami IC while following Prefectural Route 25
