Am I eligible for this visa?
No USA visa rejection in the past six months.
Passport validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the USA.
Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
Passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
No history of overstaying in any country.
No criminal record.
Able to show sufficient funds to support the stay.
No history of illegal work on a previous visa.
No record of deportation from any country.
Consistency in the stated purpose of travel is required.
Do not apply for a visitor visa while intending to work.

How's the visa service work
1. Book the visa service on Klook.
1. Operator will contact you within 1 business day and provide a link to upload the required documents.
1. For visa extensions, Operator will submit the documents on your behalf after you send the physical documents to Operator’s office.
1. For new applications, Operator will book an interview appointment on a date agreed upon first.
1. You will attend the interview at US Embassy in Jakarta, bringing the required physical documents.
1. Operator will notify you once the visa is complete and arrange passport delivery.
1. You can also download the scanned visa from the operator’s dashboard/system.

The operator will review your application after you make the booking. A **95% refund** of the total payment will be issued if the operator determines that you are **ineligible for the service, or if you withdraw** before any documents are fully uploaded to the operator’s system and no verification has been conducted.
An **85% refund** of the total payment applies if you **cancel after the documents have been verified but before submission to the embassy or immigration authority**. Please note that any additional services already processed by the operator (such as insurance, delivery, translation, or appointment booking fees) are non-refundable.
Once the **application has been submitted or is under decision, regardless of the outcome**, the booking becomes **non-refundable**. While we ensure that all documents meet the required standards, the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
