• Infants under elementary school age are free of charge for one child per adult. A child's fee is required for the second child and beyond.

• Please note that services may be suspended due to weather conditions. Services may be canceled due to waves or wind, even on clear days.
• Whether or not operation is possible will be determined on the day of. Please check the operation status on the San'in Matsushima Pleasure Cruise official website. If the cruise is canceled, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to configure your settings to receive emails.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
