The time and date stated on the timed entrance ticket dictates its validity. Once the date and time have passed, the ticket is unavalidated

Each timed ticket is valid for 90 minutes. However, please ensure you arrive within 30 minutes of your allotted time slot to be granted entry. Those who arrive past this time will not allowed in

Suitcases, rucksacks, bags, umbrellas, and other large objects are not permitted and should be left in the designated lockers and storage room

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
