Each group can have up to 18 people with one guide. For larger groups of up to 30, two guides will accompany the climb

Children aged 8–17 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can bring up to 5 children aged 8-17

Participants must not have a waist measurement more than 125 cm or an upper thigh measurement of more than 75 cm

- Bags and personal items are not allowed during the climb. You can bring your phone, but it must be kept in the phone pocket of your climb jacket and used only on the viewing platform
- Large bags and luggage are prohibited, as storage boxes and flight cases at the venue are small

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
