• Participants must have a height of at least 110cm to join the activity

• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Participants holding bookings must check in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The operator reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time

• Participants running late must contact Jet Boat Extreme immediately through +61 404099981. No refunds will be issued for no-shows

• Participants may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst embarking, travelling or disembarking the jetboat

• There is a 2-hour free parking across the road from the boarding location, underneath the Mantra Towers of Chevron building (access below the Coles sign)

• Guests weighing over 130kg are required to purchase a Comfort Seat upon arrival at Gold Coast Helitours ($77.50).

• If the collective weight of all passengers for one booking exceeds 250kg please speak with Jet Boat Xtreme staff upon arrival.
