Booking limitations

• Participants must have a height of at least 110cm to join the activity

• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Participants holding bookings must check in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The operator reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time

• Participants running late must contact Jet Boat Extreme immediately through +61 404099981. No refunds will be issued for no-shows

• Participants may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst embarking, travelling or disembarking the jetboat

• There is a 2-hour free parking across the road from the boarding location, underneath the Mantra Towers of Chevron building (access below the Coles sign)

• By car: There two hours free parking across the road from the boarding location, underneath the Mantra Towers of Chevron building (access below the Coles sign) as well as undercover parking available nearby in the Chevron Renaissance building
• Nearby landmarks: Jet Boat Extreme's boarding area is located behind the Vibe Hotel and Driftwood Social in Surfers Paradise
