• As sharks are wild animals, the operator cannot guarantee sightings however they have a 95% success rate of sighting sharks. In the event that you don’t see any sharks, the operator is happy for you to return for a complimentary snorkeling experience within 3 days of your original cruise date
• If poor weather and sea conditions result in the cancellation of the snorkeling experience, a substitute snorkeling safari will be provided at Barefoot Kuata Resort
• If weather and sea conditions become unfavorable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service. Should adverse conditions prevent operation, operator liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid.
