You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
