• Non-professional photography and videography are allowed inside the museum. Use of flash, stands, or tripods is not allowed

• Anyone can enter the museum for free on the first Sunday of each month

• You must download the POP-Guide app on your smartphone before joining the tour

• The APP users must be provided of their own smartphone

• You will receive an app code and the skip-the-line ticket from the museum staff at the meet up location

• Languages available for the POP-Guide app: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese (Mandarin)

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• Look for the operator's staff in light blue clothes with Caf Tour and Gray Line logos in front of the Dante Alighieri Statue, near Museum Door n°1 (Entrance reserved for booking holders) for immediate ticket redemption

• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Latecomers or no-shows can't reschedule the visit date
• The operator at the meet-up point could arrive early or late due to unforeseen events

• Keep your ticket after the Uffizi visit. During the following 5 days, with the same ticket, you will have free admission to the National Archaeological Museum of Florence and the Opificio delle Pietre Dure
