• Please do not sign up for this tour if you have symptoms that make you unsuitable for outdoor activities, or if you are too young or not physically fit enough to complete the tour on your own.

【Hiking Reminder】

• We recommend allowing your body to acclimate to the high-altitude environment with lower oxygen and air pressure, as well as familiarizing yourself with pacing uphill.
• Please do not register for this tour if you have symptoms that make you unsuitable for outdoor activities, are too young, or are physically unable to complete the tour on your own.
• Be aware that mountaineering and wilderness hiking activities have inherent potential dangers, and accidents can result in injury or death.
• The fragile alpine environment prohibits littering and dumping food waste. Please protect the beautiful mountain forests by packing your trash into garbage bags and carrying it down the mountain yourself.
• Before registering, please ensure you are in good health and suitable for alpine climbing and outdoor hiking activities. Those with heart conditions, acrophobia, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.
• During the trip, if a member experiences a situation that endangers their life, the entire team will advance or retreat together without objection. Because mountain climbing teams are legally considered a "dangerous joint undertaking," the entire team must advance or retreat together to avoid legal responsibility after descending the mountain.
• During the trip, the instructor will do their best to take care of all team members and ensure their safety. However, the Mountain Secret Realm Hiking Club is not responsible for any injuries or fatalities resulting from individual negligence (such as tripping, falling, or slipping).
• During the activity, please follow the instructor's directions and do not leave the group without permission. For considerations of individual physical condition, safety, and the team's return time, the instructor's directions shall be the guiding principle. Any costs and legal liabilities arising from unauthorized departure or failure to heed advice shall be borne by the individual who leaves the group.
• If the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea or land typhoon warning that overlaps with any day of the trip, the trip will be canceled and refunded (deducting expenses already incurred). If the tour has already departed, relevant transportation costs, guide fees, mountain food expenses, and other expenses will be deducted.
• On the day of departure, if the Central Weather Bureau issues a heavy rain warning or higher for the destination city/county (e.g., Snow Mountain being Taichung City), the trip will be canceled and refunded (excluding expenses already incurred). If the tour has already departed, relevant transportation costs, guide fees, mountain food expenses, and other fees will be deducted.
• During the trip, if there are irresistible factors such as road interruptions or mudslides that cause the trip to be interrupted, the related transportation costs, guide fees, mountain meals, and other expenses will be deducted.
