  • This event has introduced a reservation system (timed-entry tickets).
  • Upon presentation of a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, mental disability welfare certificate, Ai no Techo, atomic bomb survivor's health certificate), the certificate holder and one caregiver will be admitted free of charge. No advance application for timed-entry tickets is required. Please come directly to the museum and present your disability certificate at the "Museum/Observation Deck Tickets/Information" counter (3rd floor, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower). Please note that you are not eligible for limited-quantity original benefits.
  • Tickets are required for this event from 4 years old.

  • Please note that adding admission tickets to the Apple Wallet app may cause errors, so please present them using the Klook app.
