Be Punctual: Please be ready and wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your Tour Guide / Pilot will only wait for you 5 minutes after your pick up time.

We are following “On-time Policy” to considerate with other guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals at the 2nd confirmed Pick-Up Time schedule given. No refund will be compensate.

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the snorkeling and diving trip together with other guests who come from different countries on the same boat.

Additional charges of MYR 30 per person per way are chargeable for outskirt hotel pick-up, outskirt charges are applicable for hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area. Outskirt Hotels, like Penampang, Inanam, Luyang, Likas, Kepayan or places that not in the same route will have additional charges. All customers shall pay the Out-Skirt Surcharge to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.

For the following Outskirt Hotel locations, our company reserves the right to refuse service. For hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area like Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, 1 Borneo Klagan, TUNE Hotel, Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa or places that are outside of Kota Kinabalu city town area. If you are stay at the above mentioned hotel, we suggest you to book the option: "Without Hotel Transfer". But if you are staying at the above mentioned hotel and booked with hotel transfer, we would not partial refund back the hotel transfer fees to you. Hope you understand.

If we deem your diving / snorkeling skills or attitude may bring harm to marine life or other guests, the crew has the right to stop you from participating in this activity

It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip

Kindly apologize if pick up time late due to festival or peak season or each Hotel guests preparation.

Do not snorkel or dive separately from the group and follow the crew’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in the crew stopping you from participating in the activity and no refunds will be made

Participants refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life and coral reefs

While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch

Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Borneo. We recommend you to select a travel insurance policy that covers not only your medical expenses (including emergency repatriation) but also personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage. Doing so can prevent major disruptions and additional costs. We strongly encourage our customers to choose packages wisely, prioritize your safety first as life is priceless.

Attention all guests, we have the right to change a penalty of MYR 120 if the guests fail to clean up themselves before entering the vehicle from any island tour that causes wet and sandy and unnecessary cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days before the tour start date will get Fully refund. Less than 7 days before the tour start date will No refund. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour of the day.
