• Must check in at the dive center the day before the dive trip for equipment sizing and registration

• No basic knowledge of diving is required for this activity
• Divers must be based and stay on Phi Phi Island
• Divers must check in at the dive center the day before the dive trip for equipment sizing and registration
• Divers are required to complete the Health Declaration Form. Must provide a letter of consent from a physician if the answer to the Health Declaration is YES
• Divers over the age of 55 must present a letter of consent from a physician permitting the diver to partake in diving activities
