Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 8+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 8-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Minimum height requirement: Must be able to reach 160 cm to the palm of your hands stretched above your head

• To access the blue and black levels, guests must be able to reach 180cm with the palm of your hand stretched above your head

• Children under 18 require a parent/adult to sign the consent form. We highly recommend all children climbing with an adult. Not suited for children under 7 or who do not reach the minimum height requirement

• Maximum weight 120 kg

• The Tree Top Challenge activity will require you to conquer your fear of heights and is suitable only for persons physically and mentally able to sustain a minimum of physical exertion and stress

• Long hair must be tightly tied back

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
