• Western Market Terminus : Sheung Wan MTR Exit B, turn right and walk along Des Voeux Road Central for a minute, you’ll see the tram lines and the station

• Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the scheduled activity time

• Adverse weather arrangements

• Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal - “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours before the departure. “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered.

• Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal - “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the departure. “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered.

• However, “TramOramic Tour” already in progress should continue except for situations which endanger passengers and warrant immediate termination of the Tour.

• If passengers could not join the Tour because of the above weather conditions, you may reschedule your tour by sending request to tramoramic@hktramways.com within 3 days of your original departure. Requests will be processed for at least 1 working day and subject to availability.

• You will receive your TramOramic Golden Ticket for the regular tram services after finishing your TramOramic Tour. Present this ticket to the driver when alighting
