• Please note that all participants must enter the attractions together under the same booking. Separate entry is not allowed
• Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 23 cm wide, 34 cm deep, and 37 cm high
• Participants with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please take note that the wheelchairs are the standard type, without any special accessories
• In some areas, you will need to go barefoot to experience the artwork. Please remove your shoes before entering the locker space. Water levels can rise to knee height for adults
• Small children are recommended to wear clothes that they don't mind getting wet, or to bring a change of clothes for them
• If your clothing gets wet, the staff will ask you to change. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, there are towels available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork
• Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience
