• We're not able to accommodate anyone under 12 years old, even if accompanied by a parent.

• Summer in Japan is very hot and humid, so we recommend that you bring water and wear a hat to prevent heat stroke.
• This tour is for guests aged 12 and over. Children under 12 cannot join and will be denied entry without refund.
• The tour starts on time. Late arrivals cannot join or reschedule.
• Guests sit on tatami; no chairs are provided. Some stables aren’t wheelchair/stroller accessible.
• Follow all stable rules. Disruptive behavior or entering restricted areas may result in removal without refund.
• Early exits are allowed, but re-entry is not.
