• Requirements: Minimum 2 participants. Not recommended for travelers with back problems or physical limitations (involves stairs and mountain paths).
• Meeting Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to departure. Contact us immediately if you expect to be delayed.
• Vehicle & Travel: No smoking inside the vehicle. Winding mountain roads may cause motion sickness. A cleaning fee (10,000–30,000 JPY) applies if the vehicle is soiled.
• Dietary Needs: Lunch menu is fixed in advance. Please notify us beforehand regarding any food allergies or restrictions.
• Onsen & Tattoos: Tattoos are generally prohibited in hot springs. Please inform us in advance if you have tattoos.
• Rules & Shopping: Collecting or disturbing flora and fauna is strictly prohibited. Personal purchases, snacks, and checking souvenir quarantine/tax exemption rules are the participant's responsibility.
• Cancellations & Safety: If canceled due to not reaching the minimum group size, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. No refunds are provided for tours interrupted by natural disasters or emergency situations.
• Children under 6 years old cannot participate.
